Tough ride

I took my mom out on her first ride with her new bike today. It was pretty fun. We
rolled down Saskatchewan Drive and back home through Belgravia. I was very impressed with her skills… And the 10k that we did wasn’t bad, especially considering that she thought 5k yesterday was going to be enough.
I spent a whopping 2 minutes over 330W today…
I figure I’m doing good since Will Frischkorn said he only spent 4+ hours between 330 and 450W on Saturday in Milan-San Remo, while being in a break for 5.5 hours and over 200k. Eeeshk!!!

Love the Picture! I absolutely LIVED on that stuff (and Gouda) for years! I still buy it 3 tubs at a time…and my kids discovered that it’s great on apple slices…
